My name is Yemi Solves. Yes, it’s my real name. No jokes.
My mission is to raise an army of 360° Solvers - through spirit-inspired frameworks, research-based insights, inspirational nuggets, power-packed educational materials, mentorship, and training.

My goal is to proffer bold and practical solutions to the existential challenges of humanity through thought-provoking insights, which you may consider simple yet unparalleled. This mission is deeply rooted in purpose (somewhat divine), and driven by “The Solves Model” thinking.

Problems are existential. SOLUTIONS are eternal.
I believe the eternality of solutions greatly outweighs the existentiality of problems. That is, for every problem, there are more than enough solutions to counter it; we only need to dig deeper into the ETERNAL SOURCE of ALL things. While problems may persist, I believe the abundance of solutions far outweighs them, if only we truly commit to solving.

Just in case you’re curious to know, “Who am I?”
I am a certified business and management consultant with over 8 years of experience across business development, operations management, strategic leadership, and digital innovation. I have certifications in project management, facility management, human resource management, customer relationship management, and other trainings in multiple fields across business, marketing, management, leadership, artificial intelligence, and several others. I consult for startups, NGOs, and enterprises; helping them build lean operational systems, streamline internal processes, align strategic goals, and reduce organizational risk.
I am 3x Co-founder at Market!N (an AI-powered, cost-effective marketing solution for startups and growth-stage businesses), AIBIA (an indigenous NGO for AI & Web3 development in Africa) and DHMS (an ICT company solving IT problems in Africa).
In my spare time, I teach, coach, and mentor students at Nexford University through self-developed, community-led initiatives. My mentees include both undergraduate and graduate learners, most of whom are MBA candidates, with many graduating with flying colours.
IN SUMMARY… I am striving to solve in varying capacities as an entrepreneur, consultant, innovator, mentor, teacher, and now… as a writer.
